How do I know my Order has been Placed Successfully?
You will receive an email from Big Soda Clothing to confirm your order has been successful. This will contain your order details and order number. Please retain this email and order number for any further queries.
I did not receive a confirmation Email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, it may be a problem with your mailbox. Please check that your mailbox is not full as this may prevent receipt of emails. Please also check your Spam and Junk folders. If you still have any concerns that your order has not been received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change my order?
If you realise that you have made a mistake after you have confirmed your order, please contact us by telephone at +353 1 4534660 or email us email@example.com to let us know. All of the orders are automatically processed so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it before it has been shipped to you. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
How long before my order is shipped?
Once received, we will endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible but this can take up to 7 working days. Please refer to our Shipping Page for more information.
Our Returns Policy
At Big Soda Clothing we hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item we will try to make this as quick and easy as possible. Please refer to our detailed returns policy in our customer service section.
Do we Ship abroad?
Yes we provide an international shipping service. If you are unable to find your country please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a size chart?
Yes we supply a size chart for every item to help you select the correct size. You can find this on the product details page or all all size guides here.
The colours displayed on our website should be considered as close to the actual garment as possible. However, as there are slight variants in all computer monitor settings, please be aware that the colours displayed may not be an exact match.
When is my Credit Card Processed and Charged?
Your Credit Card will be charged when you click the ‘Place your order’ button.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes – you can cancel your order at any time up until clicking the ‘Place your order’ button by exiting the system.
Are my details private and secure?
We use WORLDNET to process our online and telephone orders. WORLDNET are one of the most secure payment systems.

Our Returns Policy
Big Soda Clothing will be happy to accept return of your purchase (excluding sale items) under our 14 day Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantees a full refund or product exchange if the item is in an unused/unopened condition and is returned within the 14 days of receiving your goods.
Please note: Any item that has been worn, washed or damaged (including odour of perfume, smoke, body odour or make-up stains) will not be refunded. In such cases, any returned items will be sent back to the original delivery address. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs that we will incur to re-deliver the goods.
How do I Return It?
Please return the item in the original packaging with all labels intact to the address below. Make sure to include your original invoice (keep a copy for yourself) and a brief note describing why you have returned the item.

The Item must be returned to us unused/unworn. Please keep your invoice/ notes in your return package separate to the item to be returned as damage can be done due to ink if this package gets wet in transit. This would render your return ineligible. The latest acceptable date for returns is 14 days after you receive your order. Any item received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs we incur to re-deliver the goods.
When do I get my Refund?
We will send you an email to confirm receipt of returned goods. While we will try to process your return as soon as possible, refunds and exchanges can take up to two weeks. Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
Can I return a Sale Item?
Sale or end of line items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, with the exception of sale items we will exchange goods due to incorrect sizing as long as it is still unused/unworn, free from damage (as stated in our returns policy) and returned within 14 days of receipt. We only offer exchanges of the same product in a different size or colour. If we are unable to exchange an item, we will offer a full refund (excluding the original shipping and handling costs).
You may only make an exchange on the same item once.
If I receive a Damaged/Incorrect Item?
If there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will either exchange the item, or arrange a credit note, or offer a full refund. Once we have received your item at the above address, we will need to inspect it to determine the fault. We will then contact you with further information on next steps. Should the item prove to have a genuine fault, we will also arrange a full refund of the return postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
